Great product!!! Love it even more than the regular face and body balms
My daughter used get terrible reactions to water, especially sea water. Her leg creases. And other typically eczema affected areas would be broken and irritated, she refused to go in the water due to the sting. This summer we used the protective balm as a barrier each day and again to soothe at night and she had no issues all week! So pleased we found this product!

Not the nicest feet but if you imagine that yellow section rock hard and rough and now they are getting smoother and smoother each day. I would think of feet as soon as I wake up ‘don’t let my partner touch them’ but now I let him touch them. Might sound silly but true. They might not be perfect yet but they are 100x smoother and feel great. I’m very happy with the product

I’ve found the balm to be pretty good for my eczema. I get a lot of cracking and inflammation. It’s not gone completely and I do still get flare ups but it’s more hydrating than any other cream I’ve tried

My 20 month old son, James, has been suffering with angry, red eczema patches on the top of his foot/front of the ankle for months; exacerbated by the hot weather. We tried a few of the regular lotions and ointments but nothing worked. I am always searching out the most natural products and really wanted to find a natural solution to the problem; and wanted to avoid any kind of steroid cream. Something that nurtures the microbiome of the skin, not just offer temporary relief. I was originally after another product that had sold out, but after a Google search I thought I’d try this as I’d read some good reviews. We are delighted. The pictures don’t do it justice, his feet before looked far worse. The patches are clearing up so well I’ve been genuinely quite astounded. If the product maintains its efficacy I anticipate James will be completely eczema free soon. Very pleased so far!

Been using now for nearly 2 weeks and no sign of improvement. Actually seems to itch more once the cream has been applied. Such a shame given the amount of creams we have tried I really hoped this would be the one. Understand there is a refund option. How do I go about that please.
Really sorry to say it hasn't really worked for me. Used it for 3 weeks now, a few times a day and there's not much improvement.
Bought for my daughter hoping it works. Will post again but after 2 days not looking as angry. Hands are far worse but will try them now she now’s no reaction. Says the skin feels much softer.

This year , out of no where I developed follicular dermatitis- I would scratch myself until I was covered in scabs , waking multiple times a night struggling to stop scratching. I have had Eczema on and off for most of my life. This last bout on my hand has been there for almost 3 years, I was getting very tired of it, the itching, pain, cracked skin and broken sleep. I decided to try Fat Cow Tallow after seeing reviews with before and after pictures. I felt improvement almost immediately especially with the dryness and itching. It has taken me 8 weeks to get to The point where I dont notice the eczema anymore, its moisturised, no longer itchy or sore and I don't get woken up by it. I am making the effort to continue applying the Tallow 3x daily as I don't want to go backwards and I am confident that this time I will heal it up. I have also been using it on my face and notice my skin is brighter and more supple. I have signed up to the subscription, Its the best thing I have ever used, it doesn't smell and is absorbed quickly.

I Tried the balm because usually balm helps me Only used the product for a week and it triggered a flare that caused so much oozing and itching I did buy the product because it seemed like a lot of girls who had skin like nine saw results but after a week it was getting so much worse I had to stop using it
Couldn't recommend enough! For years my son has struggled with excema on his face and hands, dermatologist after dermatologist, prescriptions and 100s of pounds on different lotions and potions. Nothing has come close to how lovely his skin is looking after a week of using this!
Iv been using this cream on my 2 year ols son for almost 2 weeks now. His eczema flare ups can be so bad and his skin is red raw. I was expecting a miracle cream from reading all the reviews but unfortunately it didn't work so well for us. We bought the balm and I can say redness did die down a bit and not look so angry but it completely dried out her skin making it feel very rough.
