We started using fat cow skincare when our son developed eczema. After going to a routine doctor’s appointment, the doctor said he needed to go on a combination of medication including steroid cream. I can now feel my skin again instead of a horrible itchy sore layer of dead skin. This balm is extremely moisturising. I am so happy and grateful for my results. I am really pleased I gave it ago. this cream has been such a life saver. my skin is very sensitive to flare ups and when my skin flares all the usual creams really sting and burn my skin, but this beef tallow is so soft and moisturising it really calms my skin. best thing i’ve used in a very long time

I have had eczema all of my life, I am now aged 58. I have tried absolutely everything and obviously used steroid creams in the past so my skin in thin especially on my hands. My face has been especially dry recently, very scaly and red. Unfortunately it just didn’t agree with my skin,having has eczema for years tried every skin product,light treatment,tablets and injections all to help I was really hoping this would be the answer,but having used it for a couple of days on one part of body my skin reacted to it with hives and burning so it was not to be,such a shame as I was so hopeful.

Bought this for my daughter who suffers bad eczema flare ups. She need antibiotic cream to heal up the open patches, but once they had closed over we began using the Fat Cow for the scarring and as a general moisturiser to stop further outbreaks. I can honestly say it has been the best thing we've ever tried. We've had every variety of cream and ointment under the sun from the GP over the years, as well as tried a few off the internet. This has been the best by far. Scars are healing, fresh outbreaks have stopped and she actually uses it without complaining. She hates the thick greasy feel of other products, but her skin just drinks this up no problem. I have found other heavy creams can lead to spots breaking out from the grease- no spots at all with this. I also bought the face cream for myself, and no spots on my face either. Really worth it for eczema skin types. It is so good to see my daughter with clear skin and getting a good nights sleep at last, no scratching. I will 100% be buying it again

I absolutely love the tallow balm, it has made a huge difference to my nails, I wish I had taken a picture of them before. I’m not so fond of the face cream as I find it a bit greasy, but that is personal preference. The body cream is lovely too, but my top product is definitely the balm! It seems expensive, but a little goes a loooong way, believe me!
