It’s great for dry under eyes in perimenopause. You hardly need any at all. There are lumpy bits in but they do rub in fine. I also use it on my chest fine lines

Didn’t help at all 💔 eczema flare up extremely uncomfortable and product didn’t change symptoms. Skin became irritated after application :(
My eczema flared up October 2025 and it was constant even after being prescribed steroid creams from the gp. My face, neck, back, arms and legs were so red and I couldn’t stop itching. I wasn’t leaving the house because of how painful it was to move. My boyfriend saw an advert for this cream and bought me some. From even the first use my skin started to feel calmer and less itchy. My skin now has fully cleared. I can’t recommend this product enough.

Using for psoriasis and seems to be making some difference. My only complaint is not the best smell, I have also tried the fragranced version which I prefer. My first order didnt turn up despite Royal mail saying they had delivered. I was sent another the same day so I would highly recommend this company

My son at age 14 had severe psoriasis on his legs and arms. We have tried so many creams and lotions to help, all the time trying to reduce the use of steroid medication. The only thing that has ever really helped is fat cow tallow. He applys it every day, morning and evening and it has improves his skin so much. He is always keen to put on his "cow cream" as he knows the difference it has made!
Bought my first pot of yam cream in December, was doubtful it would help with leveling hormones but was ready to try anything. Took a few months of me using it until I noticed that I was feeling a lot better. It's a nice consistency and rubs in well and no oily stains on clothing. Would recommend it to anybody suffering hormone imbalance. Fantastic product !

I have read a lot of information about the advantages of Yam cream, especially for women in menopause, so I was super excited when FC launched the Tallow & Yam face cream. I am already a subscriber of the Tallow & Almond, which is so hydrating for my skin all day (I found both creams make a great make up primer). So pleased to be able to add the Tallow & Yam to my subscription too.

Very moisturizing
Being post menopause and reading up on the benefits of wild yam cream I was keen to try it. So many different brands out there so who do you trust! Having ordered the fat cow tallow cream for my granddaughters eczema and seeing the amazing results on her skin it made sense for me to order the yam cream. As it can take months to benefit from it and I have only had it a few weeks I can't really review it's effectiveness, I can however say it's a lovely cream that absorbs well and I can trust it's ingredients.
Amazing product helps whenever I have flare ups with some sort of eczema or reaction I get on my hands and armpits . Hands looked pretty off putting whenever does flare up so it really helps
