1. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be confident in your skin. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our products, subject to the following conditions:

  • The Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.
  • Usage: We understand you may need to try the product. However, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product has been excessively used (e.g., more than 50% of the container is empty).
  • Return Costs: Unless the goods are faulty or misdescribed, the cost of returning items to us is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Process: To claim under this guarantee, you must email hello@fatcowskin.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide return instructions at that point.

3. Right to Cancel (UK Statutory Rights)

In addition to our 30-day guarantee, under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery (the 14-day period commences the day after delivery). Please note the following:

  • Original postage costs: If you cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, we will refund the standard delivery cost but not any additional charges if you selected a premium delivery option.
  • Return costs: Unless the goods are faulty or misdescribed, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods when cancelling under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
  • Your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected by our 30-day guarantee.

4. Faulty Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a right to a refund, repair, or replacement if your goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or incorrect item. In cases of faulty or misdescribed goods, we will cover the cost of return postage.

5. Products and Medical Disclaimer

  • Cosmetic Use: Our products are intended for external cosmetic use only to support and protect the skin barrier.
  • Not Medicine: Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical skin condition (such as chronic eczema or psoriasis).
  • Patch Testing: We recommend performing a patch test before full application. Stop use immediately if irritation occurs.

6. Delivery and Shipping

  • We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you.
  • Any delivery timescales quoted are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
  • If we are unable to deliver within 30 days of your order, you are entitled to a full refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Top Dog Now LTD shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or claim arising from your use of any of our products beyond the purchase price of the product. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding product safety.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
